At Curious Kid Times, we want you to be confident in your subscription. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund, and how cancellations work. Please read it alongside our Terms of Service.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future charges. You will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a period once it has started.

3. Refund Eligibility

We may offer a refund in the following situations:

  • Within 7 days of first purchase: If you are not satisfied with your first month or first payment, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial charge. This applies to your first subscription only.
  • Technical or delivery failure: If we fail to deliver your monthly content (e.g., link not working, file not accessible) and cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time, we will refund the amount for that billing period.
  • Duplicate or erroneous charge: If you were charged in error or twice for the same period, we will refund the duplicate or erroneous amount.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided after the 7-day window for first-time subscribers, or for any renewal period once you have received access to that period’s content. We do not refund due to change of mind after the refund window, or for partial months.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us using the contact details on our website (e.g., contact form or email). Please include your registered email address and the reason for your request. We will respond within a few business days and process eligible refunds to the original payment method where possible. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Annual Plans

If you purchased an annual (12-month) plan, the same 7-day refund window applies from the date of purchase. After that, we do not offer prorated refunds for the remaining months. You may still cancel to prevent renewal at the end of the annual period.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version on this page applies to refund requests made after the "Last updated" date. For purchases made before a change, the policy in effect at the time of purchase may apply to that purchase.
