Why We Are Here?

Our story

It started with one small voice saying, "read it"

We are parents from Bangalore, raising a little boy who absolutely loves books. Our home slowly filled up with stories — today, we have a library of 250+ books.

Reading slowly became part of our everyday life. No big plan, no rules — just small moments where we'd sit together with a book.

And something beautiful started happening. Through stories, he began to see worlds he had never seen. He started asking questions. We started having conversations — real ones — about tiny details in those stories.

Reading didn't just become a habit. It became our way to bond. It became the spark for his curiosity.

The problem

As adults, we live in the real world — full of news, events, and change. When we sit with our child, we often step into another world — one of fictional characters and imaginary adventures.

We kept asking ourselves:

  • Why are these two worlds so separate?
  • Why can't children explore the real world too — in a way they understand?

So we tried something simple.

We started carefully choosing real-world news — stories that are positive, safe, and meaningful for children — and shaping them into gentle, child-friendly storybooks. We read them to our two-and-a-half-year-old.

He didn't just listen. He engaged. He asked questions. He connected ideas. And these were stories we, as parents, already understood — because they came from the same world we live in every day.

Our mission

We believe a child's curiosity isn't meant to be walked alone. Parents belong in that journey — answering questions, exploring ideas, learning together.

But it isn't always easy. When stories are purely fictional, answering "why?" can feel like guessing. That friction gets in the way.

We want to soften that — with stories that are:

  • Rooted in real-world events
  • Familiar to you as parents
  • Simple and engaging for little listeners
